The Vollrath 40790 Cayenne® panini press can press paninis and grill chicken and vegetables. Because the plates have built-in elements, they heat up quickly, but they also are not replaceable. Its cast aluminum plates are lightweight to reduce user strain and the handle is adjustable, enabling the unit to accommodate different sandwich sizes.
