The Vollrath 40759 floor mixer has a 40-quart stainless steel bowl with an integrated safety guard to protect users from injury. Its belt-driven transmission has three speed options, and its safety cut-off switch temporarily interrupts power if the gear is changed during a mix cycle. Mixing is tracked by a digital 30-minute timer, which automatically stops operation when the time expires. A dough hook, wire hip, and flat beater are included. To maximize flexibility, the #12 hub on this Vollrath 40759 floor mixer also accepts meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments.
