The Vollrath 40721 Cayenne® gas griddle features a fully welded, stainless steel and anodized steel body, which ensures durability. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate has welded seams to combat food buildup along the edges. Stainless steel, U-shaped burners distribute heat evenly. This unit has three manual controls with metal knobs and knob guards to prevent the gas knobs from being damaged.
