Designed with TwinTouch™ dual controls, the Sharp RCD1800M commercial microwave facilitates reach whether it's placed on upper or lower shelves. This compact unit measures 171⁄2 inches in width by 201⁄2 inches in depth by 135⁄8 inches in height, as its large interior capacity can fit one half-size pan in either direction or two third-size pans. The durable microwave is optimal for high-volume commercial foodservice operations such as hospitals, nursing homes, schools, cafeterias, and more.
The Sharp RCD1800M TwinTouch microwave's top and bottom energy feed maximizes cooking, defrosting, and heating performance. For even microwave distribution, this unit's equipped with motorized stirrer antennas on the top and bottom, while its dual magnetrons promote dependability and even heating. Maximizing durability, the microwave's exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel, and it's equipped with a heavy-duty grab handle that facilitates interior access. To simplify cleaning, this unit's designed with a rubber-sealed ceramic shelf, and its see-through door and interior light maximize food visibility.
