To facilitate thorough, streamlined cleaning, the Rational CB1GRRA.0000230 iCombi Pro® combi oven is equipped with a retractable hand shower and comes with one bucket of Active Green cleaner as well as one bucket of Care Tabs. Its interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and corrosion resistance, and its triple-paned glass door effectively preserves heat. This unit is Wi-Fi enabled and features a six-point temperature probe to ensure food is cooked to safe levels.
The Rational CB1GRRA.0000230 half-size combi oven is designed with four intelligent assistants that optimize food quality, minimize energy consumption, and maximize productivity. Its iCare system performs routine cleaning and automatic limescale removal to prevent harmful buildup.
