The Hoshizaki HNC-150BA-L-SLH refrigerated sushi display includes food mounts so users can display pieces of sushi. It enhances the presentation of food and entices customers to examine its contents with a curved front panel and LED lighting. Its exterior is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
The Hoshizaki HNC-150BA-L-SLH sushi display's interior is refrigerated to create the proper environment for holding sushi until it's ready to be served. Its condenser is mounted on the left, and because it's self-contained, it won't require a professional's help to install. It maintains cold temperatures with R600A hydrocarbon refrigerant.
