The 3.2-quart bowl of the Hobart HCC34-1 four-speed food processor is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its lid is clear so employees can see ingredients while dicing. If additional ingredients are needed, the lid has a fill port for adding extra items while it's running without the risk of injury. This heavy-duty unit can process 4.4 pounds per minute, and it has a continuous feed attachment to ensure cuts and dices are precise. For consistency, its knife, which is also made of stainless steel, has a serrated edge.
Designed with four speed settings, the Hobart HCC34-1 food processor can slice various products, and SureSense™ technology identifies which processor head is being used to adjust the speed as needed. This processor has a wiper system with a bowl scraper that cleans the lid, ensuring all ingredients are processed and the contents are visible. For durability, the base is made of aluminum with handles on its side so users can lift it.
