The Excellence Industries HBG-12HC gelato dipping cabinet holds (12) 5-liter, stainless steel gelato pans that are included. Constructed of steel, the painted interior is strong, supporting high-volume operations. In the window, the mezzanine shelf holds additional merchandising equipment, and the cabinet base has storage space.
A cold-wall evaporator system in this Excellence Industries HBG-12HC gelato dipping cabinet efficiently cools product. With this design, refrigerant lines run along the walls and contain R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a more environmentally friendly option, which removes heat from the cabinet. Temperatures in the cabinet range from -15 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit and can be adjusted on the thermostat.
