Duke E305 Description
The Duke E305 Aerohot™ steam table has five independently controlled compartments, which are 8 inches deep and have exposed elements in the bottom. Because the elements are not sealed, a spillage pan filled with a small amount of water is required. To prevent corrosion, the wells have a galvanized liner and are insulated on all sides and bottom with 1-inch-thick fiberglass. Each well can accept a full-size steam pan of food. In front of the wells, a cutting board spans the width of the unit, and it provides a sturdy, sanitary prep area.
For durability, the Duke E305 steam table is made of 20-gauge, 430 series stainless steel, which is rust resistant but should avoid direct contact with foods to stay rust free. Its plastic feet help the table adapt to uneven floors, and additional tools and supplies can be stored on the undershelf.
