Duke E304 Description

The Duke E304 Aerohot steam table features four compartments with exposed elements that keep food at safe serving temperatures. Each opening can hold a full-size pan or the fractional equivalents and is insulated for heat retention. Independent controls enable operators to set the correct temperature for each individual well, and the stainless steel exterior ensures that the unit is able to resist scratches and corrosion. Its undershelf provides storage space for non-combustible items. The Duke E304 steam table can be used on uneven floors with its adjustable plastic feet.
