Dexter Russell HSGB-3 Description
A comprehensive set, the Dexter Russell HSGB-3 Sofgrip™ knife set includes a diamond knife sharpener, an all-purpose chef’s knife, a narrow boning knife, a bread slicer, a utility knife, and a slanted wood block for storing the collection. The knives’ blades are made of high-carbon steel—a durable metal that provides excellent resistance to staining and corroding. Each of these pieces is equipped with a soft rubber handle for a comfortable grip, and because the handles are black, they can be incorporated into color-coded systems.
