Crown Steam ECTS-12 Description
Using the Crown Steam ECTS-12 tilting skillet, chefs can boil, sauté, proof, fry, simmer, hold, melt, and steam foods. Its pan is rectangular, and it has a satin-finished exterior and a smooth, polished interior. Gallon markings are etched into the interior sides of the pan so users can see how much food is being prepared.
Stainless steel composes the Crown Steam ECTS-12 braising pan, so it's durable to withstand frequent use in commercial environments. Users can tilt the pan with the manual handle, which is capped by a heat-resistant knob with a comfortable grip.
