Carlisle 661103 Description
The Carlisle 661103 SixStar™ portable food bar is convenient to maneuver on its four non-marking, swiveling casters, and its top can hold five full-size food pans with a 6-inch depth. In addition to those five pans, the unit can hold incremental small pans to maximize buffet choices. For food protection, four acrylic shields cover the products to keep bacteria out and maintain food freshness. When used with ice or Coldmaster® cold pans, the bar's polyurethane insulation can hold food at serving temperatures as low as 32 degrees Fahrenheit or as high as 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
For efficient assembly, tray slides and end shelves can be purchased separately and added on the Carlisle 661103 portable food bar without removing the legs. Equipped with sliding doors underneath, this unit also doubles as a cabinet, storing objects out of sight from guests. A drain plug is attached to the container base for streamlined cleaning.
