Carlisle 60344 Description
The Carlisle 60344 roast pan is constructed of 16 gauge aluminum for durability. Since aluminum is a good conductor of heat, product is evenly cooked throughout the pan. With two reinforced bands, the dish has extra strength for heavy use in commercial kitchens. The pan is safe to clean in the dishwasher.
