Blodgett ZEPH-200-G Description

Built with a bakery-depth cavity, the Blodgett ZEPH-200-G single-deck convection oven accommodates full-size, 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans in a left-to-right or front-to-back configuration, letting users stagger pans of baked goods to promote uniform cooking. The oven's five bakery racks are plated with chrome to resist rust and scratches and can be placed in 11 different positions within the cavity. Its dual doors operate dependently, meaning they can be opened and closed with one hand. A full-angle iron frame supports the unit and adds structure, preventing warping or sagging over time.

The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G bakery-depth oven produces 60,000 BTUs of baking and roasting power and circulates air with a 1⁄2-horsepower, two-speed fan. Its air-mixing shutters are adjustable and the solid-state thermostat ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Made with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, the oven withstands high-volume use, and the control panel is removable to streamline maintenance.
