Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ES Description
The Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ESSNGL full-size convection oven accommodates five 18-inch-by-26-inch, full-size sheet pans on chrome-plated racks. These racks can be placed in 11 different positions, and the compartment has a porcelainized liner that eases cleanup. A solid-state thermostat simplifies temperature change, with a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Air is evenly moved throughout the compartment by a two-speed fan.
Operators can set a digital timer to keep track of the cooking process. Dual-pane glass door windows provide cabinet visibility, so staff members can monitor food as it cooks. To prevent overheating, the Blodgett ZEPH-100-G-ESSNGL full-size convection oven has a cooling fan in the control area, protect the components.
