A two-speed fan motor evenly circulates heat inside the Blodgett BDO-100-ESGL full-size convection oven. The three tubular heaters are controlled by an adjustable thermostat from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can easily keep track of the cooking process since the manual controls include a 60-minute electromechanical timer. Automatic thermal overload protection for the blower motor prevents a system failure along with the control area cooling fan.
There are five racks inside the Blodgett BDO-100-ESGL full-size convection oven, and with their stainless steel construction, they are durable and corrosion resistant. The compartment has a standard depth, so it accommodates full-size pans left to right. To keep heat inside the cabinet, there are 2 inches of insulation and a pressure lock door design. The two doors use a turnbuckle assembly to open simultaneously.
