The Atosa ATMG-36 Manual Griddle is a spacious equipment capable of serving up high volumes of food in an instant. At 36 inches wide, 28 3/5 inches deep, and 12 7/10 inches high, this 280.9-pound equipment is made entirely out of stainless steel. For better air circulation and a comfortable cooking experience, it is elevated on stainless steel legs. The griddle of the Atosa ATMG-36 Manual Griddle is a spacious 35 7/10 inches wide and 19 9/10 inches deep. This wide griddle plate is ¾-inch thick to provide a conductive cooking surface. Standby pilots allow its 3 burners to quickly heat up the workspace. Clean up is just as easy as cooking with this equipment as it has a stainless steel grease drawer that makes collecting grease and crumbs an easy, one-time task. With the Atosa ATMG-36 Manual Griddle, you can choose between either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. It delivers a whopping 30,000 BTU per hour for either option, ensuring your preference doesn’t make you lose out on performance. It is furnished with a ¾-inch NPT rear gas connectional and regulator standard.

Cleaning Instructions
Daily cleaning should be done for the body and control panel of the Atosa ATMG-36 Manual Griddle. To do these, use a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Pull out the catch tray and clear the grease and crumbs. For your safety, do not clean the Atosa ATMG-36 Manual Griddle unless it has sufficiently cooled.
