The heavy-duty stainless steel construction of the Adcraft DF-12L countertop fryer provides durability that withstands frequent use. It has a tank capacity of 6 liters and includes a built-in front faucet that enables safe oil removal. Ideal for light cooking applications, this fryer and included single basket can produce 25 pounds of cooked food per hour.
To ensure safe use, the Adcraft DF-12L electric deep fryer has graduated marks to indicate minimum and maximum oil levels. For comfortable and smooth removal, the basket is designed with an ergonomic and heat-resistant handle, while the heating coils in this unit are protected by an included wire grate.
